This is a vintage Swedish flat woven runner from the mid-20th century. It is signed "IS" by the designer, Ingegerd Silow. It features a central field built on variegated stripes in low chroma colors. The interesting mix of navy, lilac, orange, ivory, and yellow green creates a rich textural appearance from the play between contrasting tones.
